Overview
To be an effective Store Manager you will maximise sales, drive efficiencies and achieve performance targets by leading and inspiring your team to be their best. Every day will be varied, fast paced, challenging but ultimately rewarding. Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire your team to be their best
* Provide an atmosphere where delivering amazing service, achieving performance targets and accurate stock processes is at the core of everything, in a commercial, operationally efficient and safe environment
* Demonstrate a hands‑on approach to all operational and commercial activities alongside the team
* Form part of an area team reporting to the Area Manager and contribute to the growth and success of the brand by identifying opportunities and adding value
* Ensure communication is up‑to‑date and accurate at all times to meet business needs
About You
* Passionate about customers, people and products, able to inspire others and create a great working atmosphere and team spirit
* Exceptional commercial understanding and ability to create a fantastic shopping experience for customers
* Team player who thrives in a results‑driven, fast‑paced and challenging environment, adapts quickly to change and brings the team along with new objectives
* Strong communicator, works naturally with people at all levels, stays calm and approachable even under pressure, realistic about expectations
* Confident in problem solving, makes sound business decisions, challenges processes and generates innovative ideas that move the business forward
* Experienced in leading and coaching a high‑performing team and effectively dealing with people issues
* Excellent multi‑tasker who plans, organises and prioritises workload effectively
Work Authorization
