Position: Senior Manager Global Business Services and Outsourcing (BSO)
Key accountabilities
Performance and progress in the following areas will be the priorities for this position:
* Develop and implement strategic projects to support the growth of BSO with a particular focus on quality and international business
* Influence and coordinate global stakeholders to collaborate on shared deliverables
* Support Global BSO through project management, driving agreed projects to successful outcomes spanning operations, governance, go-to-market, technology and business development
* Support adoption of global initiatives and influence change management within the BDO network
* Communicate progress to stakeholders through regular reporting
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience with Business Services and Outsourcing (preferably including delivery to global clients) and good understanding of its services and operations
* Project management skills
* Good communication skills
* Problem solving mindset
* Strategic thinking
* Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate senior stakeholders
