As Property Inspector, what’s in it for you?

Your role as a Property Inspector:
* Carry out routine property inspections, ensuring high standards are maintained
* Complete detailed inventories and check-outs
* Support the team with property viewings when required
* Assist with general lettings administration to keep operations running smoothly
What we’re looking for from a Property Inspector:
* Previous lettings or estate agency experience is desirable
* Demonstrable administration skills with a keen eye for detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills - confident dealing with clients
* Solid IT skills and a tech-savvy approach
* Excellent organisation and punctuality - reliability is key
* A keen eye for detail and accuracy
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
