Job Summary
The Leisure Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all guests. This position involves managing various leisure facilities, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. The Leisure Attendant will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of leisure activities and ensuring that guests have a positive experience during their visit.
Duties
* Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about leisure facilities and activities available.
* Manage the day-to-day operations of leisure areas, ensuring cleanliness and organisation at all times.
* Monitor guest activities to ensure safety and compliance with facility rules and regulations.
* Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns, offering solutions to enhance their experience.
* Assist in organising leisure events and activities, promoting participation among guests.
* Maintain equipment and facilities, reporting any issues or maintenance needs to management.
* Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and support overall operational goals.
Experience
* Previous experience in hospitality or leisure services is highly desirable.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage guest interactions effectively.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
* Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required.
* Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, may be necessary based on operational needs.
