Data Administrator | Sidcup Head Office | Full Time (Office Based)| £29,500 – £32,500 per annum Our client is a market-leading company within the automotive finance sector, working closely with major motor finance providers to mitigate financial risk across dealership networks. They are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Data Administrator to join their Audit team on a full-time, permanent basis at our Sidcup head office. This is a key operational role with a strong focus on data analysis, audit scheduling, and systems management, supporting vehicle audits and asset inspections across dealer networks. Proven administrative or operational experience, ideally within automotive, finance, audit, compliance, or asset management environments Advanced Excel skills, including XLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and formulas Experience working with data, analysing and interpreting information to support operational decision-making Confident using scheduling or workflow systems Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused with strong communication and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team What will your role look like? Manage and maintain bespoke audit systems. Analyse data within scheduling systems to monitor audit activity, performance, and priorities Schedule audits and coordinate activity between auditors, dealerships, and clients Allocate and reassign auditors and field operatives based on availability, workload, and urgency Build and allocate work based on geographical area, based on the frequencies of the audits for the auditors to deliver. Update, amend, and manage audits within internal systems accurately and efficiently Monitor automated reporting and liaise with funders where required Ensure audits are completed within agreed KPIs and timeframes Track overdue audits and proactively resolve issues Provide administrative and operational support.
