Job Description:
Senior Mobile Product Manager (Remote, UK & Europe)
Want to lead mobile innovation for a major subscription disruptor?
Here’s a rare chance to take ownership of a flagship app that emphasizes cutting-edge features, user experience, and subscriber retention. The company aims to enhance their mobile app as they expand globally.
About the Company
Join a fast-growing, remote-first business at the forefront of the subscription revolution for physical goods. Backed by significant growth in the US and expanding across the UK and Europe, this innovative scale-up is transforming how loyal customers experience direct-to-consumer products. Fully virtual, collaborative, and passionate, it fosters ideas, ownership, and autonomy.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Drive the mobile product roadmap from vision to rollout, collaborating with data and UX specialists.
* Define and own the mobile product strategy and roadmap for iOS and Android.
* Lead the entire lifecycle, from ideation to launch and optimization.
* Implement new mobile-first features that enhance user experience beyond web capabilities.
* Manage user flows, onboarding, and subscription features, continuously improving UX through insights and research.
* Utilize analytics, A/B testing, and usability data to inform decisions.
* Act as product owner within an agile team, managing backlog and coordinating with engineering, design, and architecture teams.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive subscriber journeys.
* Promote mobile initiatives and share learnings across the company.
What You’ll Need to Apply:
* Minimum of seven years’ experience in digital product management with a strong focus on mobile (iOS/Android).
* High proficiency in English communication.
* Experience building and scaling subscription-based mobile apps, especially for physical goods; SaaS subscriptions are also relevant.
* Proven impact on engagement, LTV, and retention in native apps, with measurable results.
* Experience with analytics tools like Mixpanel, GA4, and Amplitude, and designing A/B tests.
* Deep understanding of mobile UX, architecture, QA, and app store processes.
* Ability to work effectively in a virtual, cross-functional environment across time zones.
* Passion for integrating data, AI, and emerging technologies.
* Strong, independent English communication skills and a drive for best practices.
Please note: Candidates without the required experience, especially in subscription apps, will not be considered, and feedback may not be provided.
