Reporting to the CPO and working closely with the group CEO, this is an opportunity to build the organisation's reward function from the ground up. You'll design and implement aprehensivepensation and benefits strategy, design thepensation framework, conduct benchmarking studies, and develop analytics dashboards to support decision-making. You'll shape performance management process and partner with the wider HR team to ensurepliance and seamless delivery of all reward processes.
You will have 8–10 years of experience inpensation and benefits, with strong reward design expertise and excellent stakeholder management skills, gained within a global organisation. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential, along with experience using HR systems such as Workday.
This is a high-profile role with significant strategic influence and visibility across the group, offering the chance to shape reward philosophy and directly impact talent attraction, retention, and overall business performance.
