Responsibilities
* Deliver first and second-line support across Microsoft-based infrastructure and services.
* Diagnose and resolve incidents affecting servers, virtual environments, and core business applications.
* Monitor system health and performance to ensure maximum uptime and fast incident response.
* Support and maintain environments hosting high-traffic web and e-commerce systems.
* Administer and configure Windows Server, IIS, and Network Load Balancing (NLB) components.
* Manage and maintain virtualized platforms (VMware and Hyper‑V).
* Participate in a 4-on / 4-off shift rotation, including both day and night shifts.
* Provide on‑call support (approx. 25 %) for production emergencies.
* Collaborate with other engineers to enhance system reliability, security, and performance.
* Maintain accurate technical documentation and operational runbooks.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), IIS, and NLB.
* Proficient in VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper‑V administration.
* Experience supporting Microsoft infrastructure services such as Active Directory, DNS, and Remote Desktop Services (RDS).
* Understanding of e‑commerce or high‑traffic web environments with thousands of concurrent users.
* Proven ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and quickly adapt to new technologies.
* Familiarity with PowerShell scripting, monitoring tools, and incident management processes is an advantage.
