Maths Tutor – Inspire and Support Pupils with SEMH Needs Pay Rate: £25 – £35 per hour (depending on experience and location) Are you an experienced Maths tutor or teacher with a passion for working 1:1 with learners who need more than just academic support? We’re looking for a dedicated Maths Tutor to deliver engaging tuition from KS2 to KS4 for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The Role: Deliver tailored Maths tuition in the home or local community Support pupils with SEMH challenges, using a compassionate and flexible approach Adapt lesson plans to meet individual learning styles and emotional needs Manage your own diary and availability, with flexibility to suit families’ schedules Build strong, supportive relationships that promote trust and academic progress Requirements: QTS is preferred; however, applicants with UK-recognised teaching qualifications and substantial relevant experience are also welcome Experience working with pupils with SEMH or additional needs is essential Ability to travel within your local area and work in diverse, non-school settings Confident delivering Maths up to GCSE (KS4) level Organised, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing situations If you're passionate about making a difference and creating a safe, inspiring space for learners to grow, apply now to join our team.
