Reporting into the CEO, this is a pivotal role in development and delivery of this growth strategy – primarily through organic growth, expanding consumables and services, and unlocking significant cross-sell opportunities.
With global operations across US, UK and Europe our client is a Private Equity backed $700 million Group, and a market leader with their UK operation, employing c150 staff across 4 sites turning over c£40 million.
The Managing Director (UK & Ireland) will have full P&L responsibility for the UK & Ireland business, which is embarking on a three – year plan to double turnover.
You will lead the UK Senior Leadership Team and drive profitable growth by shaping and executing market strategies, building organisational capability, and fostering a high-performance culture.
