The Opportunity:
We’re partnering with a fast-scaling, international financial services business investing heavily in its commercial capability.
They are building a best-in-class strategic bid function focused on converting complex, high-value enterprise opportunities into revenue through compelling value storytelling, commercial deal shaping, and cross-functional leadership
This is not a traditional bid management role.
This is a commercially aligned role sitting close to sales leadership, influencing win strategy and helping shape how deals are won, not only documented.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading complex bids, RFIs and proposals from qualification through to submission
* Translating technical capability, data insight and product strength into clear commercial value narratives
* Acting as the bridge between Sales, Product, Operations, Finance and Compliance
* Supporting deal strategy, pricing positioning and competitive differentiation
* Building bid processes, knowledge libraries and scalable commercial content
* Partnering with senior commercial leadership to prioritise high-value opportunities
* Supporting international expansion, particularly across the US market
What They’re Looking For:
You’ll likely come from one of the following environments:
* Financial services
* Insurance / MGA
* SaaS / technology
* Consulting / professional services
And bring experience in:
* Managing or shaping complex, high-value commercial opportunities
* Writing compelling, outcome-focused proposals (not template filler)
* Working closely with sales and commercial leadership
* Coordinating multiple stakeholders across technical and commercial teams
* Operating in scaling or entrepreneurial environments
Bonus if you have:
* US deal exposure
* Experience supporting less mature sales functions with narrative and deal strategy
* CRM / pipeline tools experience (Dynamics or similar)
