We're looking for a passionate, experienced **Brow & Lash Brand Educator & Product Specialist** to join our growing team. 🎯 What You'll Be Doing
Training & Education (60%)
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programmes for beauty professionals — in-person, online, and hybrid
- Conduct engaging workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions
- Create and continuously update training materials, including presentations, handouts, e-learning content, and video tutorials
- Implement interactive lesson plans that cater to visual, auditory, and kinaesthetic learners
- Assess trainees' skills and knowledge, providing constructive feedback and personalised improvement plans
- Support the onboarding of new team members and Brand Ambassadors
- Travel to different locations to conduct on-site training and represent the brand at industry events
Product Development & Testing (15%)
- Test the efficacy of existing products, conducting trials and gathering customer feedback
- Aid in the development of **new products**, providing detailed written reports and photographic evidence
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to inform product innovation
- Develop and maintain **deep product knowledge**, including ingredients, benefits, and usage
Assessment & Quality Assurance (10%)
- Design and implement assessment methods, including written tests, practical exams, and observation
- Track trainee progress and maintain detailed records of training activities and certification completions
- Establish and uphold quality assurance processes to ensure training meets company and industry standards
Technical Support & Administration (15%)
- Provide technical guidance to employees and partners on brow and lash services, including Lash Extensions.
- Manage training schedules, logistics, and materials
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure training aligns with brand strategy
- Act as an **effective Brand Ambassador** at all company events
✅ What We're Looking For
Essential:
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Beauty Therapy** (or equivalent: VTCT Level 3 / ITEC Level 3)
- Minimum 2–4 years' hands-on experience** in the Brow & Lash industry
- Minimum 2 years' teaching or training experience**
- Proven proficiency in current brow and lash procedures and techniques, and Lash Extensions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of skincare products and their application
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to diverse learning needs
- Willingness to travel internationally & within the UK at various locations for training delivery and events
- Commitment to **Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI)** in all aspects of training
Desirable:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, management, or a beauty-related discipline
- Advanced training in specialised skincare, cosmetics, or aesthetic procedures
- Experience with e-learning platforms, VR/AR training tools, or gamification strategies
- Good IT skills
- Experience in product development or testing
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards in the cosmetics industry
