The Head of Digital Marketing will play a pivotal role in building this capability.
The Opportunity
This is a pivotal role in the evolution of Kerv’s marketing approach. It’s a chance to build and lead a digital centre of excellence that acts as an in-house agency for our proposition marketeers and MDs, ensuring Kerv shows up consistently, clearly and with measurable impact across the entire funnel.
You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end digital customer journey, from website and paid channels through to email nurture, CRM integration and attribution. You’ll work directly with the CMO and practice MDs to shape digital strategy by persona and audience, while developing your team into deep specialists who can deliver at pace.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and deliver Kerv’s digital vision and strategy, aligned to customer personas and proposition journeys.
* Act as strategic advisor to the CMO and practice MDs, helping to build digital strategies that target the right audiences with the right message.
* Lead, develop and inspire the digital team to create specialist capability across SEO, Content, PPC, CRM, automation, reporting and web.
* Take full ownership of the digital funnel: from awareness (SEO, paid, social) through consideration (website, content, nurture) to CRM handover.
* Unify website and Dynamics Marketing handoff, ensuring every lead is captured, scored, nurtured and tracked into sales.
* Build persona-led journeys and reporting dashboards that show marketing’s impact across propositions and buyer stages.
* Oversee delivery across all digital channels: SEO, paid media, PPC, social, affiliates, display, email and automation.
* Drive continuous optimisation of campaigns, copywriting, A/B testing and CRO.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to keep Kerv at the cutting edge of digital marketing.
* Ensure digital content, copy and campaigns are reviewed for tone, alignment and brand consistency (in collaboration with the Comms team).
Performance & Reporting
* Develop and maintain end-to-end reporting, tracking performance by proposition, persona and funnel stage.
* Analyse performance data to draw insights and inform strategy; present to CMO and senior stakeholders regularly.
* Demonstrate clear attribution of digital marketing to pipeline, opportunities and revenue.
* Ensure digital KPIs are aligned to wider marketing and business goals.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience leading digital marketing at scale, ideally in a B2B or technology/services context.
* Strong grasp of the full digital toolkit: SEO, PPC, paid social, email nurture, automation, CRM integration, analytics.
* Experience building and managing high-performing digital teams.
* Track record of creating persona-driven digital strategies and reporting funnel performance to senior leadership.
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational excellence.
* Confident communicator, able to partner with MDs and proposition leads as a trusted advisor.
