We are offering a temporary 6-month opportunity within our Dispute Resolution team to support a dedicated project on the recovery of historical debt. You will work collaboratively with officers leading the project, providing legal advice and guiding processes to ensure effective and lawful recovery of outstanding debts. In addition to supporting the project, you will also manage a caseload of debt recovery matters, applying your legal expertise to progress cases efficiently and in accordance with legal frameworks. This is a unique chance to contribute to a high-priority initiative while gaining valuable experience in public sector litigation and debt recovery.
