Full-Time | £58,000-£63,000 + £5,000 Welcome Bonus
A well-established independent group is looking for a motivated Optometrist to join their high-performing team in Epping.
Whether newly qualified or highly experienced, the successful candidate will enjoy working with affluent patients, modern equipment, and strong opportunities for professional development-including IP accreditation and future partnership prospects.

The Role:
5. Full-time position with 40-minute test times and a supportive team environment
6. Work across multiple practices with loyal patient bases (Average Dispense Value £400+)
7. Use of advanced equipment including OCT, Phoropters, and Optix PMS
8. 2 of 3 practices offer pre-screening support
What's Needed:
9. GOC-registered Optometrist with strong clinical and patient communication skills
10. Experience or interest in contact lenses, myopia management, and continuous learning
11. A flexible, team-focused attitude and interest in long-term growth
