Job Description:
Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 Depending on experience plus up to 6% discretionary bonus.
Working Location: Milton Keynes – Once fully trained, hybrid work (3 days in office, 2 days from home).
Closing Date: 5th July 2024
This role will require additional IDD checks for the successful candidate.

What you’ll be doing:
* Proactively working with registered builders to improve and maintain homeowner data compliance levels.
* Monitoring homeowner data compliance at a builder level, investigating issues, and helping to resolve them.
* Communicating regularly via phone, email, and online meetings to provide feedback, guidance, and solutions to builders, documenting actions within agreed timescales.
* Processing files from builders accurately and timely.
* Documenting key business processes and seeking improvements and efficiencies.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience working with data or strong Excel skills.
* Customer service skills, with account management experience desirable.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
