Here at easyHotel, we are now looking to recruit a fantastic Reception Team Member at our Croydon hotel. Working part-time on a permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of £12.30 per hour.
As our Team Member, your goal is to help ensure our customers have a great experience when staying with us.

Role & responsibilities:
* Support with day-to-day operations
* Be the first point of contact for the guest experience
* Handle guest queries and complaints
* Inspect rooms and communicate issues to maintenance or housekeeping
* Ensure positive guest experiences, aiming for 5-star reviews
* Manage processes through Apaleo (hotel booking system)
