Job Description
1. Lead full project lifecycle management for large‑scale construction projects
2. Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and client communication
3. Manage multiple projects concurrently while coordinating with field and office teams
4. Collaborate with superintendents, APMs, and executive leadership on project planning
5. Maintain strong relationships with owners, design partners, and trade contractors
6. Monitor project financials, forecasting, and cost controls
7. Drive change management, RFIs, submittals, and technical coordination
8. Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and company protocols
9. Lead project meetings and represent the firm at client and community engagements
10. Mentor junior project staff and contribute to team development

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
11. 5-10 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager with a GC
12. Ability to lead multiple projects at once and run large, complex teams
13. Experience with $50M+ education, public sector, or commercial projects preferred
14. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
15. Strong communication, leadership, and client‑facing skills
16. Ability to commute to Greensboro/Triad for project needs while reporting out of Raleigh
17. Candidates in the Triad may WFH when not needed in the Raleigh office
