Assessing pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs, including preparing pupils for statutory assessments. Implementing strong classroom and behaviour management strategies to ensure a productive and harmonious learning space. Collaborating effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support the holistic development of every child. Contributing to the overall positive ethos and values of our school. About You: You hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). You have recent experience teaching in a UK primary setting. You possess excellent classroom and behaviour management skills. You are passionate about education and dedicated to supporting the academic and personal growth of older primary learners.
