Salary: £25,000–£35,000 per year based on experience
Hours: 30–40 hours per week
Smyth & Co are proud to be working with an exciting new food concept launching in the heart of Notting Hill — a café evolving into a full-scale bakery, with an emphasis on fine, modern pastries and bold, creative flavour combinations.
We are looking for a talented Baker or Pâtissier with experience in contemporary, high-quality bakeries to help build this brand from the ground up.
This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is ready to take ownership, shape a unique product offering, and be part of something truly special from the very beginning.
The Role:
* Develop and produce a standout menu of fine pastries with unique and seasonal flavours
* * Play a key role in launching and shaping the identity of a brand-new bakery concept
* * Work alongside a passionate team to bring a creative vision to life
* * Ensure exceptional product quality, consistency, and presentation
* * Contribute to a smooth and efficient bakery operation as the business grows
1. About You:
* You have experience in a modern, quality-led bakery (ideally similar to GAIL’s or boutique patisseries)
* * You’re confident developing recipes and working creatively with flavour
* * You take pride in your work and thrive in fast-paced, early-start environments
* * You’re hands-on, proactive, and excited about growing with a new concept
* * You have the right to work in the UK
