We're now looking for a Warehouse Shift Manager to lead our shift operations, drive performance and ensure a safe, efficient and high‑quality service for our customer.
✅WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Lead and coordinate shift operations to ensure smooth, efficient depot performance that meets DHL and customer standards
* Plan labour and resources effectively while maintaining strong communication across the team
* Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety requirements to drive a strong Safety First culture onsite
* Monitor shift performance, manage productivity, and oversee stock movement to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
* Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, implementing solutions, and supporting operational excellence
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Proven experience leading teams within a fast‑paced warehousing or complex supply chain environment
* Strong skills in driving performance, engagement and motivation through effective communication and leadership
* Experience delivering change initiatives and using process improvement techniques
* Confident with IT systems, including Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems
* Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently while supporting continuous improvement
