Lead Interface Pharmacist
You willbe responsible for the provision of expert advice on medicines at the healthcare interface by developing strong relationships with stake holders to ensure the safe, cost-effective use of medicines that meets the needs of the patients in the local health economy in accordance with the Partnership of Purpose.
Lead Pharmacist High Cost DrugsYou willbe part of the Prescribing Support Unit and to work alongside the Prescribing Advisor, the Senior PSU Clinical Pharmacist, the High Cost Drugs Senior Pharmacy Technician and to provide oversight and clinical support on the management of high cost drugs for islanders in the community.
Lead Pharmacist Controlled DrugsYou willprovide professional advice and expertise to the Accountable Officer (Chief Pharmacist) and associated team toensure the delivery of the Accountable Officers responsibilities in relation to the safe management of controlled drugs. You willdeputise for the Accountable Officer when required.

* Salary: £70,723 £84,752 (Guernsey Band 8A scale)

* GPhC-registered Pharmacist
* 3+ years post-registration UK experience
