The Role:
* Lead strategy, team, and technical delivery
* Drive projects from feasibility to completion
* Manage performance, resources, and quality
* Build client relationships and win new work
* Provide expertise across ground investigation, foundations & contaminated land
About You:
* Senior experience in geotechnical / geo-environmental consultancy
* Strong leadership, technical, and commercial skills
* Working towards (or achieved) Chartership
* Confident with clients and winning work
