We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. You will be assisting the Restaurant Manager for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Thursday to Saturday Lunch and Dinner service
Sunday only lunch service, early evening finish

* Annual closure: 10 days in Summer, 10 days in Spring (May), 10 days after Christmas Period
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Train and mentor staff members to deliver outstanding customer service
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment - With the Restaurant Manager you will be looking after the wine list, bar menu - Work closely with the kitchen team for menu descriptions, training staff on new dishes
Qualifications:
- Experienced Assistant Manager or it could be an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Rang / Head Waiter looking for their first Assistant Restaurant Manager role from Michelin Star or similar high standard restaurant back ground.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including service standards, and health regulations - Knowledge of Wines & Spirits.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively
