Registry Systems Officer
The Academic Registry’s Student System Support team is looking for two Registry Systems Officers to join the well‑established University records system support team.
You will join a team responsible for providing essential user and system support for the student records system (SITS) that underpins the administration of the student’s academic journey, during a period of strategic and operational change.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to training and support for users of the University student records system (SITS), including assessment outcomes processing, board of examiners decision making, and awards processing.
* Provide technical support to users for curriculum management processes such as submission and approval of changes to units and courses.
* Create curriculum records to support course marketing and change processes.
* Undertake cyclical curriculum maintenance tasks, including the deployment of approved unit and course changes into SITS.
Qualifications
* Previous experience with SITS records systems.
