Responsibilities
* Provide personal care support and assist with preparing meals as needed.
* Help service users participate in activities that support health and wellbeing (e.g., gardening, shopping, social occasions).
* Support service users with daily living tasks and promote their independence.
* Follow care plans and report changes to the supervising team.
Requirements
* Values and attitudes that align with caring for clients, such as kindness, loyalty, and a passion for making a difference.
* Experience and qualifications are desirable but not essential; your values and attitude towards caring for clients are the most important factors.
