Archer House provides homes and support for people living with complex mental health needs. The support we provide is focused on recovery, with people staying an average of three to five years.Our aim is to support service users to develop their confidence, skills and resilience in order to improve their quality of life. We use a co-production model to achieve this where service users and staff work together as equal partners and service users are actively engaged with planning, shaping and influencing the service they receive.You’ll work collaboratively with service users to design and deliver person-centred support plans, complete risk assessments, and help individuals achieve their goals, from daily living skills to moving on to independent living.
