 
        
        Jewellery Administrative Assistant – Holly Robinson Jewellery
Full & Part Time positions available across a hybrid working model, with 2 days in Cirencester and the remainder remote. The role is part‑time with potential to transition to full‑time within 6 months for the right candidate. Salary is £24,000 per year pro rata.
About the role
Holly Robinson Jewellery creates bespoke engagement, wedding and heirloom remodelling pieces. You’ll support Holly in the day‑to‑day running of the business; managing client communications, consultations, project timelines and preparing finished pieces for dispatch with care and discretion.
Responsibilities
 * Manage emails, social media enquiries and phone calls (in‑office)
 * Support diary organisation and scheduling
 * Maintain client records and spreadsheets
 * Prepare invoices, quotes and correspondence
 * Liaise with suppliers and track deliveries
 * Help keep the Cirencester office running smoothly
Qualifications
 * Organised, dependable and calm under pressure
 * Strong written and verbal communication
 * Confident with Word, Excel, and Dropbox (training for FreeAgent & Lightroom)
 * Understands luxury service and values client trust and discretion
