Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-focused Technical/Quality Manager to support our drylining and firestopping projects, with additional exposure to quantity surveying tasks for those interested in expanding their commercial skillset.. The role includes setting up project-specific QA documentation and monitoring works on-site to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout. While the core focus is on technical quality and compliance, the role also offers the chance to support the commercial side of projects — including pricing, measurement, and supporting the QS team.
This position is well suited to a recent graduate seeking to gain practical construction site experience and broaden their technical skillset within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Depending on your development and business needs, your role may span multiple projects or become more site-focused over time.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and manage QA procedures and documentation tailored to each project.
* Monitor remedial works to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
* Conduct site inspections, maintain QA records, and support corrective actions where needed.
* Work closely with site teams, project managers, and clients to maintain high standards.
* Assist with quantity surveying tasks such as take-offs, cost monitoring, and pricing support.
* Contribute to improving internal quality systems as part of an evolving business.

* Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
* Highly organised with a methodical approach to tracking and reporting.

* Full UK driving licence (preferred).
