Join our small, agile team in Lincoln to keep critical manufacturing systems secure, efficient, and connected. You deliver hands-on support across IT and OT, uphold cyber security compliance, and align with corporate security standards to safeguard production. You balance independent work with close collaboration across engineering, operations, and maintenance to maximise up-time and throughput. You contribute to local and global digitisation initiatives while ensuring high-quality digital services and secure connectivity to the production areas.
How You’ll Make an Impact
1. You provide hands-on support for manufacturing IT/OT systems and partner with engineering, operations, and maintenance to boost equipment up-time and throughput.
2. You assist with local implementation of IT/OT projects, ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 and IEC 62443, and maintain hardware/software standards in production areas.
3. You set up and maintain secure network connectivity for OT hardware and external vendor equipment, document local network architecture, and manage OT assets to support business continuity and disaster recovery.
4. You act as a technical liaison between IT, OT, engineering, and business teams, participate in global Manufacturing IT/OT community initiatives, and deliver measurable productivity and security metrics.
5. You implement, monitor, and improve cyber-security for factory IT and OT systems, coordinate with global cyber-security teams, and support secure on-boarding, configuration, and patch management of digital assets.
What You Bring
6. You have a degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, plus some experience in a technology support role—ideally within industrial manufacturing OT environments.
7. You offer foundational IT networking knowledge and strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
8. You’re familiar with cybersecurity frameworks and industrial cybersecurity standards, and you manage time and solve problems with an entrepreneurial, responsible mindset.
9. You can work independently and collaboratively within a team.
10. Bonus: experience with IIoT machine connectivity (, OPC UA), cloud platforms like AWS Connected Factory, and OT hardware such as PLCs, HMIs, and sensors.
