THE ROLE

This is a hands-on, full 360° recruitment consultancy role focused exclusively on senior talent across the IoT and RFID technology sectors. You'll be working with a broad range of clients — from IoT platform providers and RFID hardware and software vendors to systems integrators, technology consultancies, and enterprise end-users — building relationships, winning new business, and making quality senior permanent placements that make a genuine difference to the organisations and individuals you work with.

Milton Keynes provides an excellent base, sitting at the centre of a well-connected commercial corridor with strong transport links to London, the Midlands and beyond — ideal for serving a national and international client base across these global technology sectors.

You'll be given access to a strong suite of tools and a market-leading CRM to help you identify, engage and convert your target audience — but make no mistake, this role is about people, not just process. The ability to build trust quickly and sustain long-term relationships at senior levels is what sets our best consultants apart.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

21. Proactively win new clients across the IoT and RFID technology vendor, integrator and end-user markets
22. Manage and develop an existing client base at senior and executive levels
23. Manage the full 360° recruitment process from business development to senior placement
24. Source, engage and qualify senior IoT and RFID technology professionals
25. Attend and network at key industry events and conferences within the IoT and RFID community
26. Conduct thorough candidate interviews and provide honest, consultative guidance at senior levels
27. Negotiate executive packages, offers and terms with confidence and professionalism
28. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across our CRM platform
29. Consistently deliver an exceptional level of service to clients and candidates alike
30. Represent the business as a trusted specialist ambassador within the global IoT and RFID community

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for an experienced recruiter who knows what good looks like and is ready to bring that to a business that will back them fully. You'll need to be resilient, driven, and genuinely passionate about the IoT and RFID technology sectors and the senior talent within them.

36. Proven experience in recruitment within IoT, RFID, Auto-ID, technology or a closely related sector — essential
37. Demonstrable track record of winning new clients and building lasting senior-level relationships
38. Strong record of making quality permanent placements at mid to senior levels
39. Excellent negotiation skills — comfortable discussing executive packages, terms and fees
40. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple senior roles and complex stakeholder relationships
41. Determined and resilient — you don't give up when it gets competitive
42. A natural communicator who puts relationships at the heart of everything they do
43. A genuine understanding of the IoT and RFID technology landscape — including key vendors, integrators and market dynamics — will set you apart
44. Willingness to attend industry events and actively build your profile within the IoT and RFID community
