Deputy Manager Clinical role at TieTalent. FTC 9-12 months • £25.36 per hour • 37.5 hours. This is a hands-on nursing leadership role at a care home, focused on delivering best practice and high-quality clinical and pastoral care.

What Youll Do
* Supporting and deputising for the Home Manager, providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues and overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care.
* Serve as the home’s nurse expert, blending nursing skills with managerial and leadership responsibilities.
* Focus on residents with complex needs; ensure alignment with latest guidelines, make informed decisions, maintain clinical governance, and regularly audit practices and procedures.
* Care plan development and assessments.
* Walk rounds.
* Provide personalised, centered care alongside the team.
Who You Are
* An NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) skilled in care planning processes and familiar with clinical assessment tools.
* Keen to develop leadership skills and clinical knowledge, able to build close relationships with residents and their families, and committed to continuous improvement.

Where Youll Work
Mowat Court is a purpose-built care home in Stonehaven, Aberdeenshire. We offer personalised nursing care for older people, including those living with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia. The team provides care tailored to each resident, helping them live as independently as possible with engaging activities. The home is close to Stonehaven community hospital and the bay.
