We are looking for an organised, proactive and professional Executive Assistant to support our CEO and help keep the day to day operation of the business running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who already has experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or senior administrative support role and is looking for an opportunity to become a trusted part of a growing business. You will need to be highly organised, confident managing multiple priorities and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
The opportunity
This is a varied and important role within the business. You will work closely with the CEO, helping to manage priorities, maintain structure and ensure key actions are followed through. The right person will be dependable, detail focused and able to bring calm and organisation to a busy working day.
Key responsibilities
* Managing a busy and changing diary
* Supporting with inbox management and drafting professional correspondence
* Coordinating meetings, calls and appointments
* Preparing documents, meeting notes and follow up actions
* Helping ensure deadlines are met and priorities stay on track
* Liaising with clients, partners and suppliers in a professional manner
* Supporting with business administration, events and internal coordination
* Keeping files, records and systems organised and up to date
* Providing reliable day to day support to the CEO
* Updating CRM
* Working across businesses
What we are looking for
* Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or senior administrative support role
* Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive and dependable approach
* The ability to work at pace and manage changing priorities
* Professionalism, discretion and good judgement
* Confidence using email, calendars, documents and general business systems
* A positive attitude and willingness to take ownership
Location
This role is based inLiverpool city centreand is predominantly office based. Applicants should live within a practical commuting distance of Liverpool.
£30,000 per annum
