Ecommerce Manager Location: Liverpool (Hybrid working available)

We’re looking for a data-driven Ecommerce Manager to lead the growth and performance for the digital platforms of our client based in Liverpool.
Based at their modern HQ in Liverpool City Centre, you’ll take ownership of the customer journey across our website and digital touchpoints—driving engagement, boosting conversion rates, and enhancing the overall user experience.
This role combines digital strategy, performance marketing, UX/UI, SEO, and agile team leadership, with a strong focus on customer-centric innovation and operational efficiency.
Lead ecommerce strategy and optimise digital platforms to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions
Manage website development, UX/UI design, SEO, and analytics to support scalable growth
Drive CRO and personalisation using A/B testing, user insights, and performance data
Oversee digital projects and third-party partnerships, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technology teams to align digital goals with business outcomes
Monitor KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, HotJar, and SQL to inform continuous improvements
Proven experience in ecommerce or digital product management in a high-traffic B2C environment
Strong SEO and CRO background, with a solid grasp of web performance optimisation
Skilled in interpreting data to inform strategic decisions and product improvements
Experience with agile methodologies, and tools like GA, SQL, A/B testing platforms
