Sales Administrator
OA are currently working with a well-established, growing organization that specializes in producing and designing sustainable custom sportswear and are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator to support in processing orders and taking enquiries from existing and new customers.
1. Working Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30
2. £25,000 - £26,000
3. 22 days holiday bank holidays
4. Christmas Closure

Sales Administrator – Key Responsibilities:
7. Taking orders and supporting with enquiries via telephone and email
8. Processing orders and updating customer records
9. Logging all information correctly on CRM System
10. Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
11. Updating customers on status of their orders and demonstrating excellent after-sales care
12. General administrative tasks as required
Sales Administrator – Skills & Experience:
13. Previous experience in a professional services environment
14. Previous experience within a similar role
15. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
16. Be highly organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks as well as meet deadlines
17. Previous experience in using a CRM and/or order processing system
18. Excellent attention to detail
