Whether you're an experienced Practice Manager or come from a similar people and service-focused background, if you’re ready for a new challenge this could be the opportunity you’re looking for.
We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Practice Manager to join our fabulous team at Blue Sky Dental & Implant Team in Belfast
* 40 hours a week over 5 days
* Core normal practice manager working hours are 8:30-5:30pm
* Practice opening hours Mon 8-6pm, Tues 8-5pm, Weds 8-8pm, Thurs 8-4pm and Fri 8-3pm
* Competitive hourly rate
* 3-surgery, specialist high level private practice
About You
We’d love to receive your application to our Practice Manager vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:
* A healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background - experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse is an added bonus but not essential
* Passionate about delivering great service
* Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best
* Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets)
* Focused on delivering operational excellence: from fully-functioning equipment and facilities, to a compliant, process-driven practice team
