Job Summery
Project Solver is currently looking someone like you to work as a PAT Tester to join our expanding team of highly trained and highly professional members.
No Experience Required Full Training Will Be Provided.
PORTABLE APPLIANCE TESTER Job requirements:
* Carry out visual inspections of appliances.
* Carry out electrical testing to ensure that each item is safe to use.
* Carry out fuse changes, plug replacements and re-terminations where necessary
* Microwave Emission Testing
* Complete and submit paperwork as agreed
* Manage appliance testing in accordance with health and safety requirements
* You will be paid at a test rate per appliance
* Working away is required with this role, some out of hours which would be nights and the occasional weekend.
PORTABLE APPLIANCE TESTER Requirements
* Desirable City & Guilds 2377 (but inhouse training will be provided if necessary)
* Basic electrical knowledge an advantage
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Current Driving Licence and must have own transport,
* A professional approach
* An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
