Our school supports pupils with additional needs, some of whom may present challenging behaviour. Key Responsibilities: Support pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviours. Work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver tailored learning and interventions. Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and contribute to planning. Essential Requirements: Previous experience working with primary-aged children in a specialist or SEN setting. Experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviour. Initiative and ability to work independently within a small team. Team Teach qualification or willingness to undertake training is desirable.
