They are seeking a contracts specialist to join their team as a Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management) in Woking. Your New Role
As the Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management), you will support clients by drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts, providing general support to the contracts management and in-house legal teams. If you are a team player, effective communicator, and results-driven with a confident and energetic personality, this role is ideal for you.
Responsibilities
* Drafting and negotiating various Commercial Contracts.
* Collaborating with in-house legal teams on international deals, bids, procurement, marketing, and other legal matters.
* Managing active caseloads and ensuring compliance with delivery commitments.
* Updating and managing data on company and client systems.
* Developing contract templates, playbooks, and tools for the team.
* Contributing to continuous service improvement and value addition.
What You Need To Succeed
* Law Degree and/or legal qualification.
* Legally eligible to work in the UK.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, preferably within a law firm, ALSP, or in-house legal team.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong attention to detail and client-facing experience.
* Good commercial awareness and knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word.

Desirable
* Experience in telecommunications, financial services, or professional services contracting.
* In-house legal experience.
