About The Role
The Retail Media Executive supports the planning, execution and optimisation of retail media campaigns to drive visibility, conversion and sales across key e-commerce platforms. Working across grocery retailer media networks (e.g. Tesco Media, Amazon Ads, Sainsbury’s Nectar360, Deliveroo), the role ensures campaigns are delivered accurately, optimised effectively and aligned to customer activation priorities.
Reporting to the Digital Commerce Manager, they play a key part in improving return on media investment and ensuring Vinarchy brands win at the digital point of purchase; delivering best-in-class retail media performance, ensuring campaigns are executed accurately, optimised continuously and aligned to digital commerce growth priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Set up, manage and optimise retail media campaigns across grocery and pureplay platforms
* Monitor campaign performance including ROAS, CPC, conversion and share of search
* Support search optimisation and visibility of priority SKUs during activation periods
* Produce performance reports and actionable insights
* Coordinate with Brand, Content, agencies and retailer media teams to ensure execution excellence
* Maintain campaign calendars, documentation and reporting accuracy
Your Experience / Capability
* 1–3 years’ experience in e-commerce, digital commerce or shopper marketing roles
* Understanding of e-commerce media platforms and performance metrics
* Understanding of digital commerce marketing concepts within grocery customer and pureplay environments, including retail levers, shopper on-line behaviour and analytics.
* Understanding of working with digital asset specifications, creative formats and content scheduling tools & how to adapt core shopper creative to work effectively in these environments.
* Able to leverage strong planning skills to manage multiple projects with varied, internal & external stakeholders, different agencies & deadlines.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders
* Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Brand and Category teams
* Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline preferred
