Job Title: Teaching Assistant - Chorley

£13.75 - £14.50 Per hour
Job Duties:
* Supporting classroom teachers in delivering lessons and educational activities
* Assisting students with their learning and development
* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help
* Assisting with administrative tasks related to educational activities
Required Qualifications:
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Relevant experience working with children or young people
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Experience:
Relevant experience working with children or young people
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of child development and learning processes
* Ability to provide support and guidance to students
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs
Preferred Qualifications:
* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* First Aid certification
* Experience working in a school setting
Working Conditions:
* Work primarily within a school environment
* Full-Time hours with occasional overtime
* May require standing for long periods and some physical activity
* Temporary position with potential for extension
