Job Title: Maintenance Engineer – South Elmsall
Location: Stadium Warehouse - South Elmsall
Hourly Rate: £20.69 (plus night shift premium, c£46,200 per annum).
Shift: 42 hour rotation (days, nights, some weekends).
Job Summary
Our Maintenance Engineers play a pivotal role in ensuring the wide range of warehouse machinery and equipment are maintained and repaired to keep operations running smoothly. You will implement management instruction across all aspects of the role, whilst maintaining awareness of health and safety in a specialist field.
Responsibilities
* Fault-finding and diagnosis on PLC‑controlled equipment.
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance on pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, and robots according to manufacturer recommendations and industry standard practices.
* Analyze and resolve electrical and mechanical faults and repairs.
* Conduct regular inspections and assist in completing and reviewing risk assessments for the department.
* Work with ASI and Profibus systems.
Requirements
Level 3, apprentice‑trained electrical maintenance engineer experience and knowledge of the duties listed above. Work at heights up to 20 m with appropriate training, have excellent communication skills and be PC literate.
