Social Media Manager / Content Creator - Luxury Beauty London - Hybrid (4 days in office) £38,000 to £40,000 Must have luxury beauty experience A leading luxury beauty brand is looking for a social media manager to shape and execute the creative identity across all social media platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity and a strategic commercial focus to drive brand awareness, community growth, and engagement. You will be responsible for managing daily social media operations, crafting engaging content calendars, and producing content. Ideally, this person will be happy to be on-camera for tutorials and behind-the-scenes content as one of the faces of the brand. Responsibilities: Develop and execute the social media strategy Manage the operation of social media channels Create and implement a monthly content calendar Plan and produce founder-led content Content creation both independently and with the design team Arranging social shoots from start to finish Plan, shoot, and edit photography and video content Utilise analytics and trend insights to boost engagement Identify and build relationships with influencers Requirements: Strong experience in social media strategy and execution Ability to create engaging social media content Experience managing social media channels Proficient in content creation; photography & video Knowledge of AI tools
