How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Lead the development and implementation of project-specific quality management systems.
2. Act as a change agent, coaching and mentoring project managers to champion a strong quality culture.
3. Monitor and evaluate project activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
4. Identify and reduce risks, with a focus on preventing failures and aiming for higher quality.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project quality performance.
