We’re looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to join our team in London. If you’re a pro at managing multi-channel ad campaigns and love diving into performance data to optimise results, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
* Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
* Manage budgets efficiently to maximise ROI and meet performance targets.
* Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to refine campaigns.
* Write compelling ad copy and work with the design team to create effective visuals.
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
* Prepare detailed reports on KPIs such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS, and present insights to the team.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media.
What We’re Looking For:
1. 3+ years of experience in paid media management—agency or in-house.
2. Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns across multiple platforms.
