Your Impact as an HGV Technician :
As a key HGV Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a diverse fleet, ensuring safety and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
* Carrying out routine inspections, maintenance, service, and repairs on franchised and non-franchised HGV s, including trailers, to the highest industry standards.
* Performing a wide range of defect repairs with precision.
* Conducting fault diagnosis and rectification using manufacturers computer systems and specialist tooling.
* Accurately completing job cards and service sheets using online systems, ensuring compliance with warranty protocols.
* Your work will directly contribute to keeping essential vehicles on the road in and around Stoke-on-Trent .
What were looking for:
To excel as an HGV Technician in this role, you will need:
* At least 3 years of experience within a similar Mechanic role.
* A prerequisite NVQ Level 3 or similar qualification is essential.
* An HGV licence is desired, but not essential.
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
