What You’ll Be Doing As an important part of one of our established Peterborough teams, you will: Provide consistent, nurturing day-to-day care Offer emotional stability and build trusting relationships Deliver personalised care plans informed by genuine experience Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development through meaningful engagement Create an environment where young people feel safe, understood, and valued Record and monitor progress with professionalism and accuracy Collaborate closely with colleagues, families, and external professionals to maintain exceptional standards What You’ll Bring We’re looking for people with: Solid experience in residential childcare.
