We're working with a highly regarded law firm in Warwick that is seeking a skilled Private Client Legal Secretary to join their busy and supportive Wills, Trusts, and Probate team.The Role: You’ll be supporting experienced fee earners on a range of private client matters, including wills, probate, powers of attorney, and estate administration. * Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to fee earners
* Prepare and amend legal documents and correspondence
* Manage diaries, book appointments, and handle client queries
* Maintain client files, both electronic and paper-based
* Assist with billing and file opening/closing procedures
About You:
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary (ideally in Private Client, though other legal areas will be considered)
* Strong typing and document production skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* A professional, client-focused approach
* Confident using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
