We’re hiring Assemblers on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift to join a growing smart manufacturing team in Sturtevant, WI. Work with high-tech components in a clean, team-driven environment—and grow your career while you're at it.
Shifts & Pay:
* 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $18.00
* 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM | $19.80
* 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM | $19.80 + paid 30-min lunch
Job Duties:
* Assemble small parts by hand and with tools (drills, wrenches, etc.)
* Read blueprints and install electrical components
* Inspect parts for defects and rotate between workstations
* Follow quality and safety standards, including PPE use
Requirements:
* Basic computer skills
* Ability to read tape measures and follow written instructions
* Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.80 per hour
