Role Overview
We are seeking an inspirational, professional, and highly skilled Teacher of English to join a high‑achieving department. The successful candidate will teach KS3 and KS4 English, and may also take on a TLR responsibility for KS5 (A Level English Literature) if experienced.
Responsibilities
* Deliver consistent, high‑standard lessons in KS3 and KS4 English.
* Prepare and assess student work aligned to national curriculum standards.
* Collaborate with specialist teachers to support the department’s curriculum.
* Possibly oversee A Level English Literature as a TLR, contingent on experience.
* Engage in professional development and contribute to the school’s research‑based pedagogical improvement.
